About Your Flourish + Paubox Account

If you have purchased a Flourish + Paubox subscription, the administrator user can access your organization's Paubox account settings. The account settings page allows administrators to modify account settings, manage billing, and view organizational email data. Additionally, administrators can add and remove current account users from the Encrypted Senders page.

Upon purchasing your Paubox subscription, an email will be sent to you with the Paubox Box. You will need to accept the BAA to ensure compliance with your account.

Configuring Your Account

The next step is to configure your Google Workspace admin settings and adjust your DNS records accordingly. The instructions can be found here:  Paubox Setup .
In Part II, #7 of the instructions, the Outbound gateway to set in your admin settings is:  outbound.paubox.com

How do I enable DKIM?

Please note: you will need to add a new DNS record at your domain hosting provider (GoDaddy or Wix, for example) to complete the DKIM configuration.
    Log in to your  Paubox dashboard 
    In the left-hand navigation menu, click Overview
    In the DKIM Configuration row, click Open Settings
    Select your domain in the dropdown menu and click Generate DKIM Key
    Add a new DNS record to your domain host with these values (some guides are below*)
    Toggle "DKIM Enabled" to Yes

Accessing Your Account Settings Page

To access your account settings page follow the steps:
  • Go to  Paubox 
  • Click > Sign in at the top right of the page
  • If this is your first signing into your account, you will need to reset your password.
  • Click > Forgot Password?
  • Under Reset Your Password, you will need to input the account administrator's email address.
  • If you do not know your account administrator's email address, please contact Flourish Support at  support@flourish.healthcare  or submit a  support request .
  • Once you have reset your password, an email will be sent to the email address you entered.
  • The email will provide information on how to reset the password.
  • Be sure to save the new login credentials.

Once you have successfully accessed your account, you will be taken to the overview page. Use the navigation links on the left-hand side to navigate to different pages.

Manage User Accounts

Account administrators can add and remove user accounts from the Encrypted Senders page
If you see the following message at the top of the page: You have reached your limit of 10 encrypted senders. You will need to first remove users before adding new accounts. Depending on your  Paubox plan , you may need to update your subscription plan to add additional users. If you need assistance in upgrading or changing your Paubox subscription.

Paubox Off-boarding Steps

Part I: Your Domain - Update Your Records
    Log in to your Domain Host
    Click on the Control Panel (may also be called DNS Zone Editor, or just DNS)
    Find the record of type TXT with a value similar to: v=spf1 include:_ spf.google.com  include:_ spf.paubox.com  -all
    Edit the record and remove only "include:_ spf.paubox.com " from the value (leaving the rest of the record in place)
    Click Save
Part II: Google Workspace - Adjust Gmail Settings                                                              
    Go to your Google Admin Panel ( admin.google.com )                
    Click the Apps icon
    Click on the Google Workspace box
    Click on the Gmail icon
    On the next screen (Settings for Gmail), scroll down to the bottom and click Routing >>
    In the Outbound gateway field, delete the line:  outbound.paubox.com 
    Click the SAVE button at the bottom right corner of the screen
