If you have purchased a Flourish + Paubox subscription, the administrator user can access your organization's Paubox account settings. The account settings page allows administrators to modify account settings, manage billing, and view organizational email data. Additionally, administrators can add and remove current account users from the Encrypted Senders page.
Upon purchasing your Paubox subscription, an email will be sent to you with the Paubox Box. You will need to accept the BAA to ensure compliance with your account.
Configuring Your Account
The next step is to configure your Google Workspace admin settings and adjust your DNS records accordingly. The instructions can be found here: Paubox Setup.
In Part II, #7 of the instructions, the Outbound gateway to set in your admin settings is: outbound.paubox.com
Once you have reset your password, an email will be sent to the email address you entered.
The email will provide information on how to reset the password.
Be sure to save the new login credentials.

If you see the following message at the top of the page: You have reached your limit of 10 encrypted senders. You will need to first remove users before adding new accounts. Depending on your Paubox plan, you may need to update your subscription plan to add additional users. If you need assistance in upgrading or changing your Paubox subscription.
