The data will look different for providers based on your private practice type (Solo vs. Group) and organizational structure (full-time, contracting, and non-clinical staff).
We recommend using Share Drive if you are a group practice. Shared Drive will give Group Practice Owners more control of their data. However, there still needs to be additional safeguards to protect your data and manage clinicians. We recommend a solution called Patronum (Moved) .
It is possible to create shortcuts to files and folders within Google Drive. This feature can be useful when sharing folders with internal clinicians. However, it is advisable to use this as a temporary solution rather than a primary one.
